How to Choose and Maintain Filter?

The filter can filter the impurities in the fluid. When choosing the filter, the following points should be considered. 

 

1. The filtering accuracy should meet the predetermined requirements.

 

2. The filter can maintain sufficient flow capacity for a long time.

 

3. The filter element has enough strength and will not be damaged due to the effect of hydraulic pressure.

 

4. The filter element has good corrosion resistance and can work for a long time under the specified temperature.

 

5. The filter element can be easily cleaned and replaced.

 

Maintenance of Filter

Primary Filter

1. The core part of the filter is the filter element, which is composed of filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh. The stainless steel wire mesh is easy to be damaged and needs to be specially protected.

 

2. When the filter works for a period of time, a certain amount of impurities are precipitated in the filter. At this time, the pressure drop increases, and the flow rate decreases. It is necessary to remove the impurities in the filter element in time.

 

3. When cleaning impurities, do not damage the stainless steel wire mesh, or the filter element will be directly discarded. If the stainless steel wire mesh is deformed or damaged, it shall be replaced immediately.

 

Refinement Filter

1. The core part of the refinement filter is the filter element, which is made of special materials, easy to be damaged and needs special protection. 

 

2. When the filter works for a period of time, a certain amount of impurities are precipitated in the filter. At this time, the pressure drop increases, and the flow rate decreases. It is necessary to remove the impurities in the filter element in time.

 

3. When cleaning impurities, do not damage the filter element. If the filter element is deformed or damaged, it shall be replaced immediately. It should be noted that bag filter element and polypropylene filter element cannot be reused.
