This Sanitary Stainless Steel Jacketed Tee can be made of SS304 and SS316L, and SS304 is more often used. The jacketed design make it suiable for some special plants, such as a chocolate plant. As chocolate is easy to solidify， when producing. You could inject hot water into the sieeve to heat up the chocolate in the tube. And the tri clamp connection makes it easy for assembling and disassembling.
