Wenzhou Sunthai Valve Co.,Ltd. is a supplier of stainless steel products for sanitary&food grade applications, widely used in extraction business, food processing, beverage, beer, dairy, chemical, Pharmaceutical industries. Our wide range products include closed loop extractors, stainless steel tanks,sanitary valves and fittings.

Our factory is located in Binghai,Wenzhou.Where is known as an industrial zone of sanitary stainless steel valve.The complete supply chain helps us to control the production cost, shorten delivery.

Since the foundation in 2013. We have been served hundreds of clients on the planet. They are reputed distributors, project engineering companies, end users. Over 95% clients have been working with us from the first trial business. The key reason is not our prices are the lowest, but thanks to our hard working sales team who provide VIP service to each client. 2013

The company was registered in 2013, mainly supplies sanitary flow equipments, such as SS fittings & valves, sanitary pumps.

2016

We started our factory from 2 brand new CNC lather machines,the plant accupied 200㎡. The purpose of running a factory is to better serve our clients and control the quality,ensure delivery time.

2017

We moved to a bigger site around 800㎡ because of business expanding，and added 6sets of new machines.which helps us to achieve the fast growing up sales.In the same year.we developed a new product line for cannabis extraction.

2018

Nowadays our company has mature organization structure, including managment, production & QC department, finacial people and sales team, R & D team, etc. The business model is also shifted from B2B to both B2B and B2C. Up to now, the annual sales has been increased by 50% comparing with last year, and the products are maily exported to Europe, North America, South American, Asia.

Sunthai has been in the sanitary stainless steel business for over 10 years, we provide our products and services for clients all over the world. The main market are North America, Central America, South America, Africa, which account for 50%, 10%, 20% and 6% respectively.

/ CLIENT STORIES /

A customer from South Africa has been cooperating with us since 2013, who is our first client and also one of our biggest customers. Our business was started from a sample order. And then increase to full container. The sales amount rolled up year by year. We have been cooperated successfully and smoothly. In order to maintain this customer, we give favorable support on price and payment. The customer has also built trust in us and intends to be our agent.

An Australian customer placed order on Alibaba.His order was mistakenly sent to a Poland client. we communicated with the Polish customer at the first time. We paid thousands USD via Paypal as import duties & shipping cost to Australia. The Australian customer highly praised and gave us 5 star review.

An Italian customer has been purchasing small volumes from us for years, while,the purchases from our competitor were bigger. In one trading, the customer had issue with that supplier, they stopped the business for ever. There is one small part must be sourced from that old supplier. The client didn’t know where else to get.However, we managed to get it through other channel. Since then, we have a chance to cooperate deeply and stably. Customer fully trust us.

We built up a tank for an U.S client. Quality is not well satisfying due to some thread ports are bottom out. We resent a free new one. The client is very happy with the new tank and fast shipping.
