Tri Clamp Sanitary Y Strainer consists of inlet and outlet housing, inner screen mesh to filter the particulates and impurities which can't pass the mesh.
This sanitary Y-type strainer is specially optimized for liquid cooling loops in data centers, energy storage systems and high-performance computing. Manufactured from mirror-polished stainless steel, it serves as a critical inline protection component to trap solid debris inside coolant circuits.
In liquid cooling infrastructure, tiny particles such as welding slag, metal shavings, gasket fragments and pipeline residues can easily clog cold plate microchannels, abrade circulation pumps, damage flow sensors and trigger server overheating & unexpected downtime. Our Y strainer removes these contaminants continuously while maintaining low pressure drop across the cooling loop.
The tri-clamp quick-opening design enables fast filter screen removal, cleaning and replacement without cutting pipelines. Smooth internal surface minimizes ion precipitation and coolant contamination, perfectly compatible with deionized water, ethylene glycol coolant and other liquid cooling working fluids.
