Test result for the automatic valves from Colgate-Palmolive Thailand

Sunthai had supplied some sanitary valves Colgate-Palmolive Thailand. Here below is the overall result from client. 

1) Ball valve: Acceptable, ball valve conditions meet the requirement.  Size of actuator should be increased to ensure no issue when low compressed air pressure.  
>> Physical condition is good, surface finish is 3A as proposed 
>> Size of actuator looks small,  understand that we can increase size of actuator to a bigger size.  We may need to increase the size of the actuator to ensure low compressed air (a bit <4 bar ) is possible to turn close or turn open the valve as normal.  
>> Top feedback switch is normal and acceptable with the process. 
>> Test result with hot water at 80'C is good,  valve can normally turn on and off with no leak at stem shaft and completely close without any leak 
>> Test with chemical is pending,  valve has been installed to the system and waiting for the test.  3% and 5% both of acid and alkali will be used for the test.  

2) Butterfly valve: Acceptable, overall conditions meet the requirement 
>> Physical valve condition is good,  Seal material condition still good condition after turning on and off a hundred times 
>> Test with hot water ,  the condition is still as normal condition.   
>> Top feedback switch is good condition,  

3) Diaphragm valve: Acceptable - using a sanitizer supply loop
>> Physical condition is good.  The surface finish is shiny and higher than 3A standard and good for liquid products without stagnant or leftover in the valve.  
>> These valves have been installed to the sanitizer supply loop for 2 months.  no issues found and still work as normal.
