Stainless Steel Sanitary Pneumatic Tank Bottom Seat Valve 45 Elbow Type
Sanitary tank bottom valve is designed for control of ultra-pure, sterile, aggressive or abrasive fluids. Enables especially optimal filling and emptying vessels with a less dead leg. The valve body consists of a block with no weld seam, machined out of high-quality stainless steel. The Tank Bottom Valve has two welding bevels to ease the welding and valve positioning operations.
Stainless steel | SS304 / SS316 |
Size | 1" to 4", DN25 to DN100 |
Operation | Manual, Pneumatic |
Body type | 45degree elbow, 90degree elbow |
Sanitary tank bottom valve is used extensively in the tanks and vessels for pharmaceutical, biological, and food industries. This series includes tank bottom diaphragm valves, tank bottom seat valves, elbow-type tank bottom valves, etc.
Advantages:
With its conical profile, allows for complete drainability and the prevention of dead legs or entrapment areas. These valves are installed by either bolting or welding to the tank surface.
Available with a wide variety of drain ports and end connections. Positive closure can be achieved by means of manual or pneumatic actuation.
