When the working medium of the pneumatic angle seat valve is steam or gas, when the flow direction is high and low, the flow sealing performance of the product can be improved, but the v-ring seal in the valve body contacts the working medium for a long time, there is a certain influence on product. In addition, when the working medium is liquid, it is not impacted by a waterproof hammer.
1. The pipe must be clean and free from contamination. Installation must comply with applicable safety regulations.
2. Install as needed, but with the actuator facing up. Pay attention to the flow direction.
3. Connect the valve to the alignment pipe.
4. Shut off fluid and control air supply and reduce pressure in the piping system before opening or servicing the angle valve.
