Single action (pneumatic head is usually a hole): The working principle is based on the spring return to open and close, divided into normally open and normally closed.

Double acting (the pneumatic head is usually two holes): The working principle is to control the switching of the gas.

The application field of pneumatic angle seat valve

Pneumatic angle seat valves are widely used in beer, textile printing and bleaching, pharmaceutical and medical equipment, food processing, rubber machinery, organic and inorganic chemicals, cleaning and disinfection, high temperature sterilization, water treatment, etc. It is suitable for medium, water, liquid, neutral gas, water vapor, slightly corrosive gas and liquid, compared with other valves, it has the characteristics of economical investment, safe use, maintenance-free and long service life. 

The flow direction characteristics of pneumatic angle seat valve

Low in and high out:

1. When select this flow direction , it will increase the life of the product.

2. When the working medium is a liquid, the flow can be selected to be impacted by a waterproof hammer.

3. The working pressure must be below 0.3mpa, otherwise you need to use a double acting actuator .

High in and low out:

When the working medium of the pneumatic angle seat valve is steam or gas, when the flow direction is high and low, the flow sealing performance of the product can be improved, but the v-ring seal in the valve body contacts the working medium for a long time, there is a certain influence on product. In addition, when the working medium is liquid, it is not impacted by a waterproof hammer.

Pneumatic angle seat valve installation and repair

1. The pipe must be clean and free from contamination. Installation must comply with applicable safety regulations.

2. Install as needed, but with the actuator facing up. Pay attention to the flow direction.

3. Connect the valve to the alignment pipe.

4. Shut off fluid and control air supply and reduce pressure in the piping system before opening or servicing the angle valve.
