What's aseptic sampling valve

Intorduction

Generally, we use a sampling valve to take samples from the tanks or pipes. The outside air directly connects with the side port, so that it's certain that there is a lot of microbiology. Then when we take samples, the air is likely to contaminate the sample and the liquid inside the tank or pipeline. To solve this question,  people designed an aseptic sampling valve. 

The aseptic sampling valve is similar to the sample valve. We can rotary the wheel to adjust the valve, or pulling the handle to open or close the valve. When the valve is opening, we can take samples. And when we close the valve, there is a path in the valve body that can help to clean the inside of the valve.  We usually use aseptic sampling valves in beverage, dairy, beer, pharmaceutical industries, and so on.

Types

1.Aseptic sampling valve mainly has 2 kinds of connections. One is welded, another is clamped：

2.And it's side port has 4 types, which are hose place, welding end, mini tri-clamp, and hose adapter. 

3.We have manual, pneumatic, and manual&pneumatic actuated aseptic sampling valves. Besides, we have a turning knob, level handle, and etc.
