Bending this steel braided hose too far will damange the inner teflon material and cause the product to become unusable. The braid and swivel material on this stainless steel braided hose is 304 Stainless Steel for optimal accountability and longevity. Female JIC Stainless Steel Braided Hose features an excellent resistance level to solvents to meet the needs of any project.
For safety and product integrity:
Do not exceed the specified hose bend radius. This can cause the inner PTFE liner to kink and will compromise the product, making it unsuitable for use.
Always use two wrenches to tighten and untighten the hose.
