Sanitary Manual Weld Aseptic Sampling Valve with Plastic Handle can extract fluid directly from the pipeline.They can be used under high pressure or even high vacuum conditions.SUNTHAI’s line of sampling valves produces samples without failure.When valve closed, the valve piston extends to the inner surface of the pipe and prevents any possibility of the valve inlet becoming plugged. When the valve opens, the piston retracts into the bonnet allowing a full flow.
The main function of Aseptic Sampling Valve is to draw a live sample from processing system. Product may be added to the pipeline through the valve (injection) or removed from the pipeline (sampling).
Working Principle:
(adjustable valve) or by activating the lever (on/off valve)
Valve open: Sampling
The manual valve is opened by rotating top wheel.Its stem and diaphragm are then retracted, allowing liquid to pass.
Valve close: Sterilizing
Using reverse procedure the built-in spring shut off the valve, keeping the channel between the hose pieces open for sterilization. If using steam a small pressure relief valve (optional) on the outlet is recommended.
