Automatic Pneumatic Aspetic Sampling Valves with Manual Handle
Sampling Valves are most commonly used to simplify the extraction of samples from or the injection into tanks, reactors, or pipelines and allow for trouble free service over long periods of time
Working Principle:
(adjustable valve) or by activating the lever (on/off valve)
Valve open: Sampling
The manual valve is opened by rotating top wheel. Its stem and diaphragm are then retracted, allowing liquid to pass.
Valve close: Sterilizing
Using reverse procedure the built-in spring shut off the valve, keeping the channel between the hose pieces open for sterilization. If using steam a small pressure relief valve (optional) on the outlet is recommended.
