Sampling Valves are most commonly used to simplify the extraction of samples from or the injection into tanks, reactors, or pipelines and allow for trouble free service over long periods of time
(adjustable valve) or by activating the lever (on/off valve)
Valve open: Sampling
The manual valve is opened by rotating top wheel. Its stem and diaphragm are then retracted, allowing liquid to pass.
Valve close: Sterilizing
Using reverse procedure the built-in spring shut off the valve, keeping the channel between the hose pieces open for sterilization. If using steam a small pressure relief valve (optional) on the outlet is recommended.
Connections: thread(BSP/NPT), clamped, weld
Temperature: -10℃ to 120℃ /14°F to 248°F
Body material: AISI304/316L
Gasket:Silicone,EPDM with FDA 177.2600
Operating: manual or pneumatic
Internal surface finish: Ra 0.4μm
Max. pressure: 10bar(valve close)
Max. pressure: 5bar for silicone(valve open)
10bar for stainless steel part(valve open)
TIPS:Gasket is suggested to be replaced after 100 times sterilization
